Acabou de ser publicada a tradução inglesa do livro de Alessandro Conti, inicialmente publicado em italiano, em 1988, sobre a história da conservação e restauro das obras de arte. Intitulado History of the Restoration and Conservation of Works of Art, a tradução é de Helen Glanville e a edição da Butterworth-Heinemann.

À edição original, esta acrescenta um ensaio sobre Relatividade e Restauro, da tradutora, e um glossário de termos técnicos.
